What’s the Purpose of conducting surveys ?

  • Surveys are conducted for businesses, governments, and other organizations that are interested in the views and attitudes of the people who use their products and services. The more they know about what customers think and like, the easier it is for them to provide products and services that consumers want. Our surveys let you voice your opinion.

What is Decipium and its background ?

  • Decipium is a Tier-II Market research company and conducts surveys on behalf of leading market research companies. Our members sign up to enjoy the benefits of taking surveys and earning cash. Our surveys are a fun way to learn about new products and services, and to help influence their development. By joining our panel, you become a member of the leading online community of consumers worldwide and participate in research studies from top companies from around the world - all while earning rewards.

Can you please explain how do I earn by giving my opinion ?

  • Decipium allows you to create your own online profile by volunteering honest answers about your demographics, your interests and your purchasing decisions.
  • Businesses, brands, universities and market researchers can use this information to target you for marketing messages that are relevant to you or to invite you to answer research surveys which will help them improve their products and make decisions.  In return, they will pay you for your attention.

Who can join ?

  • Anyone over the age of 13 is welcome to open an account with Decipium.

How do I open an account and how much will it cost me ?

  • Registration & account activation is Free and easy. Please fill out a few simple questions on the Registration form to get started. Once registered, you will also receive an activation email. Once opted-in, you have access to your account and can decide how frequently you would like to be contacted by us to take surveys.

I have multiple e-mail Ids . So, can I have more than one account ?

  • No, only one account per individual is allowable. Creation of more than one account per individual is considered fraudulent.

How does it work ?

  • Invitations to take surveys will be emailed directly to you. You may also log in to our website to participate in surveys at your own convenience. You will earn Virtual points for each completed survey. Once you have accrued $25 in your account, you can redeem it for cash. This is the minimum amount you need to earn before you can cash out. Each time you cash out, you can begin the process of earning your next $25.

Why do you need so my personal details ?

  • Generally, personal information is used to communicate with you regarding panel membership, survey participation, tailor surveys to match your interests, to administer and manage incentives and to keep our records updated. Any information you provide is strictly used for research purposes only.

How many surveys will I be getting  in a week?

This depends on the information you have provided in your profile and varies from time to time. Our objective is to strike a right match between your profile and the survey and accordingly send you invitations. But , in any case we do not ask for or allow more than one survey per day.

How do I close my account ?

  • You can close your account at any point of time you wish to. However, it is suggested that you redeem your outstanding rewards before initiating the account closure process, else you will loose all rewards once the account has been closed.

How do I get paid & how much time does it take ?

  • Once you have $25 Virtual points in your account you can cash it out and will receive a paypal transfer

What happens to my rewards if I stop taking surveys ?

  • Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions for complete details on how the reward program works. If you deactivate your account your earnings will be forfeited . If you have earned over $25.00 we suggest you cash out prior to deactivating your account. If the account is deemed inactive for 6 months the account will be automatically deactivated and any earnings will be forfeited per the Terms and Conditions. How do I get help if I face a problem with my account ?

How much do I get paid for each Survey ?

  • Your payment is based on the survey length.  So, longer surveys will pay a higher fee per complete.   You will also be paid a small screener fee when you fail to meet the criteria for a survey. Each time you complete a survey, you earn Virtual points associated with that survey and this is announced in the e-mail invite which is sent to you for taking a survey.

I have many friends who might also be interested . How do I refer them ?

  • Please go the referral section in your account and provide the contact details of your family members and / or friends who may be interested. You can refer as many members as you want .

Is my profile data private and confidential ?

  • We take your personal information very seriously. We will never contact you for marketing purposes, rather only for market research purposes. All information passed on to associated marketing research agencies is anonymous. You can trust us to keep your personal details safe and free from any external parties. The information you provide us will be strictly for research purposes only. Please see our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal information.
